For those who menstruate, what products do you use during your period and why?

I have a low confluence urogenital sinus and always struggled to wear tampons, partly because of it's size, partly because of where my urethra is. I would always get urine all over the tampon and have to change them very frequently, after every time I went to the bathroom. I also hated wearing pads and disposable underwear because of the smell.

The urogenital sinus variations that can occur with CAH can definitely make traditional period products challenging to use comfortably.

- Allow you to sleep more comfortably
- Give you peace of mind about wearing time
