Can classical woman concieve and if so what treatment have they been treated ?

I am a virilizing classical cah I show signs as a baby with infused labia and enlarge clitoris had to do surgery when I was in my early teens (13 years old) vaginoplasty surgery and clitoroplasty at 17 years old of age
Main symptoms I have is hirutisim facial ,legs thighs beards mustache lower back hair also and infertility thick muscus discharge and irregular period .but my period would most skip the maximum for two months I experience before abd when I wass around 14 or 15 years old it did indeed skip a whole year but now its mostly a month mostly or two months most. Lately I am taking hydrocortisone 10mg 8a.m. and 5mg 4p.m. but my doctor said I have to take fludrocortisone along with the hydrocortisone but none in the country so my order is on the way which would be fludrocortisone 0.1mg for me to take

What makes conception harder?

- Excess androgens can convert to estrogen, stopping the release of hormones needed for ovulation
- High progesterone levels can thicken cervical mucus, making it harder for sperm to travel
