I'm not a parent but my mom and dad had 2 of us. A female (me) and a male. Sadly my brother passed away at almost 2 weeks old. I also have a cousin on my dad's side who almost had 3, they managed to give the 3rd some kind of treatment in the womb and she got lucky. I would say it's definitely possible to have 2 or more kids with cah. I can't tell you their experiences but I do know before anyone figured out what was wrong with me that I had died twice and was near death a third time when my DR had me airlifted to UTMB in Galveston..I would imagine my mom's life was pretty hectic worrying about me. I hope I answered your question a little bit.

CAH follows autosomal recessive inheritance, meaning a child needs to inherit two nonworking gene copies (one from each parent) to develop the condition. Since both parents are confirmed carriers after having one child with CAH, these odds remain the same for every pregnancy.
