I've been getting a lot of adrenal labs done, sometimes while healthy and sometimes while horribly ill. My labs are abnormal but in ways that don't make sense for 3β-HSD CAH, low ACTH, normal functioning cortisol, and extremely low aldosterone. I'm scheduled to meet with an endocrinologist in March to figure out what anything means and probably get more labs done. But does anybody else with non salt wasting CAH still have adrenal issues?
